Abstract
The Indian Institute of Public Administration aims to impart quality Training, Research and experiential bursts of energy in the larger bureaucracy of the Indian Administrative system. IIPA library is used by the different categories of users such as civil servants, PSU officers, Defense officers, academics etc. Without proper and complete information, no worthwhile decision can be taken.In fact no progress is possible without the support of information.
