Abstract
Indian ceramic sanitary were industry play major role in development of Indian GDP, Gujarat is a key state for production and export in globally. The aim of the study is to identify the factors, employees’ readiness towards knowledge management in Gujarat sanitary ware industry. This study has done demographical analysis of the employees of sanitary ware industry in Gujarat. Study has done Chi-Square Tests on Knowledge management and Education, Age and benefits of Knowledge management and Education and attitude towards Knowledge management. Age and Way of learning cross tabulation was included in the study. ANOVA has been done based on Gender and Factors. Various Success factors has been identified which motivates to employees readiness towards knowledge management in Gujarat sanitary ware industry
