Abstract

Training and development increase the effectiveness of organization. Its help the employees to handle their work professionally and be responsible in future. Training involves the growth of an individual in all aspects like personality, maturity, skills and abilities. For this research, 113 employees are selected for the study. Simple random technique is use in collecting the data. Weighted Average Method and Correlation are used in analyze the data. The study reveals that the training and development improve the employees to perform well.
