Abstract
The importance of training programme can only be appreciated with a understandable accepting of its impact of training programme on employee performance. An improvement in Employee Performance also leads to a development in the organizations. Employee’s performance can make or break a company’s best reputation and adversely affect profitability; therefore the employees are the most valuable asset of every company. The data was collected from 40 respondents. The employee’s performance after the training programme was analyzed using tool regression. In this company the employee’s performance having a positive sign after the training.
