Abstract

Human resources is the life blood of every organization without it no organization can survive. As the time flies the technology and the workforce is keep on changing. Hence the workforce is dynamic in nature their expectation towards the work is also unique. In this paper the author tries to find what are the expectations of generation Z employees from their employers and to know the factors influencing the expectation of generation Z workforce in the Trichy locality. From the total population the author took a sample size of 74 employees using convenient sampling technique. The data analysis was done using the statistical tools of Mean and ANOVA.
