Abstract
The objective of this research study is to find out the efficiency of Internet of Things in human resource practices. In this paper the researcher has actually made use of variables like Training & Development, Healthy & Safety, recruitment, Employee productivity, Security & Privacy are used to sketch the performance of IoT among the respondents. The main intention of this paper is to understand the perception of IT employees towards Internet of Things. The tool used in this research is ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and Regression which helps the researcher to analyze the variance between two variables, strength of relationship between two variables and predict the relationship between two variables. The approach used in this research paper to collect data from the respondents via structured questionnaire and interview methods. The sample consisted of 200 employees and the hypotheses were tested on data collected. It is exposed that if the employee's interest slowly becomes negative, there is no point in introducing Internet of things. In order to successfully transition to the IOT, the organization should promote better training and education program for adopting IOT. In addition to that the high intricacy of products applied with IOT requires experts, business internationalization, deregulation policies and expert knowledge. To overcome competitive environment there is a need for specialist services like consultants and professionals.
