Abstract

In a fast-growing competitive environment, human resources play a dynamic source of sustainable development for the organization. Human resource system provides competitive benefits to support and train employees' skills that can boost organizational productivity. To reduce the labour-intensiveness of executive activities, organizations have introduced IT-oriented software application to modernize the internal management processes which will improve the human resource management systems. The widespread application of information system in HRM has led the HRM activities in many organizations and it has been shown that the information system enhanced the efficiency of HR managerial activities. Due to the adoption of IT in the HRM work process, the role of HR managers has increased and the use of HRIS leads to continuous improvement in knowledge of the employees.
