Abstract
Child birth also known as delivery or labor, is the ending of pregnancy where one or more babies leaves the uterus by passing through the vagina or by caesarean section. In addition, the pregnancy complications increasing rapidly and now a day’s c-section delivery occurs commonly than normal delivery, off course it has many complications such as delayed recovery, less attachment, backache, general health related issue etc. This study investigates the impact of yogic package on type of delivery.
