Abstract

The research aims is propose a new platform to enable service providers, such as web site operators,client’s IP address on the Internet to block past abusive users of anonymizing networks (for example, Tor) from further misbehaviour, without compromising their privacy, and while preserving the privacy of all of the non-abusive users. network.  Web site administrators  blocking IP-address of misbehaving users, but blocking IP addresses is not practical using routers through an anonymizing network.  As a result,  administrators block  all known issue of exit nodes of anonymizing networks. Administrator deny anonymous access to misbehaving and behaving end users alike.To solve this problem Nymble is developed, a system in which servers can “blacklist” misbehaving users.we present  nymble framework for anonymizing blacklisting schemes .First, we provide a technique to nymble manager to track blacklisting of user in multiple linking windows while preserving users anonymity. All public areas are  allow to visit  in Anonymous networks. Some users always look to misbehave with servers; their major intention is to bring the server down.
